ABSTRACT TITLE: A TRYPSIN RESISTANT ORAL MILK-INSULIN PROTEIN COMPLEX PREPARATION Oral insulin preparation comprising a milk-insulin protein complex preparation which is trypsin resistant and has significant hypoglycemic efficacy. The said milk insulin protein complex is prepared involving recombinant insulin in milk suspension where insulin: boiled milk is in the range of 1 to 2 : 9 to 8. The process for manufacture of the said oral insulin preparation comprises the steps of incubation of insulin with milk at 20 to 250C for a period of atleast two and half hours followed by precipitating the trypsin resistant protein complex by acetic acid / lemon juice.
