One or more elliptically shaped disks (2) are attached to a rotating shaft (1) in an acute angle. There are several versions of the device depending on the purpose for which it is meant to be used. The disks can be positioned parallel or pointing towards each other with one part of their border and away from each other with the opposite segment. There can be two parallel positioned shafts rotating in opposite directions and equipped with meshing disks or fitted with two elliptic and two bent disks (3,4).
