A dual airlift apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base frame installed on the floor of a fish farm； a first airlift device arranged on the upper side of the base frame； and a second airlift device arranged on the upper side of the base frame and has the height lower than that of the first airlift device. The first or the second airlift device exposed to the water surface is selectively operated.
