CONSTITUTION: A fastening device for an implant comprises a mounting unit(110), a working unit(130), and a cover(150). The mounting unit is installed to a handling tool like a handpiece and consists of a chuck unit and a female coupling unit. The working unit is connected to the mounting unit and performs a coupling work and consists of a male coupling unit and a part coupling unit. The cover prevents foreign materials from penetrating into the male coupling unit and female coupling unit during an implant operation.본 발명의 임플란트용 결속장치(100)는 핸드피스와 같은 핸들링 공구에 장착되는 장착부(110)와, 일정 회전력까지는 종속 운동하고 그 보다 큰 회전력에서는 독립 운동하게 장착부(110)에 연결되어 결속 작업을 행하는 작업부(130)를 포함한다.
