The present invention relates to a system for managing safety of a construction industry site using a smart band, which comprises: a beacon attached to drive a sensor at a predetermined position of a safety helmet to wirelessly transmit a unique ID code and duty state information of a worker to a specific frequency； a worker smart band for reading the ID code and the duty state information transmitted wirelessly from the beacon, and then making the same correspond to pre-stored position information to combine the same to the duty state information； a management server for receiving the duty state information of the worker transmitted from the smart band, and extracting data required by a safety manager to execute an application program of the safety manager； and a database server for storing and extracting the duty state information transmitted to the management server.
