The present invention equipped with: a reel body (1), a pinion gear (3) and a magnetic substance (7) supported on the reel body (1) to be rotated； a cover member (6) accommodating a part of the pinion gear (3) by protruding the pinion gear (3) from the opening part and fixed to the reel body (1)； and a magnetic seal device sealing a gap between the cover member (6) and the pinion gear (3) in the opening part of the cover member (6). The magnetic seal device comprises: a magnet (8), a magnetic plate (9a) holding the magnet (8) and arranged on the side of the cover member (6) of the magnet (8)； another magnetic plate (9b) arranged on the opposite side of the cover member (6) of the magnet (8)； and a magnetic fluid (10) soundly kept in gaps between the magnetic substance (7), the magnetic plate (9a) and the other magnetic plate (9b).
