In the connection region (100), an element (11) for engagement with or for the positionally stable support of a compatible supporting element of a bending tool (not shown) is formed. The element (11) has projections on both sides of the connection region (100) of the clip (10). Together with the edges of the connection region, the projections form angles for the engagement of the bending tool.Un implante 1 de acuerdo con la invención para la osteosíntesis esternal presenta un clip 10 con un primer extremo 101, un segundo extremo 102 y un área de unión 100. En el área de unión 100 se conformó un elemento 11 para ensamblar con o bien para el apoyo en posición estable de un elemento de apoyo compatible de una herramienta para doblar (no representada aquí). El elemento 11 presenta salientes de ambos lados del área de unión 100 del clip 10 que junto con los cantos del área de unión forman ángulos para el ensamble de la herramienta para doblar.
