The present invention relates to a surfactant composition having a high content of internal olefin sulfonic acid having 16 to 18 carbon atoms and high fluidity and excellent storage stability. (A) 45.0% by mass or more and 70.0% by mass or less of an internal olefin sulfonate having 16 to 18 carbon atoms, (B) from 12 to 14 carbon atoms (A) and (B) in an amount of not less than 66.0% by mass and not more than 71.0% by mass based on the total amount of the component (A) and the component (B) is not less than 0.5% by mass and not more than 25.0% .탄소수 16 이상 18 이하의 내부 올레핀술폰산염이 고함유량이면서, 높은 유동성과 우수한 보존 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 계면 활성제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 다음의 성분 (A), (B), 및 (C) : (A) 탄소수 16 이상 18 이하의 내부 올레핀술폰산염 45.0 질량％ 이상 70.0 질량％ 이하, (B) 탄소수 12 이상 14 이하의 알파 올레핀술폰산염 0.5 질량％ 이상 25.0 질량％ 이하, 및 (C) 물을 함유하고, 또한 성분 (A) 및 성분 (B) 의 합계 함유량이, 66.0 질량％ 이상 71.0 질량％ 이하인 계면 활성제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
