PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management machine of front rotary type equipped, in front of an axle 3 for mounting a running axle 4, with a tiller 5 and a ridge former 26 thereby to form the ridges simultaneously with the tillage, in which a bulging ridge former 26 can be changed, by a simple construction, into a ridging position and an inoperative position, and a ridging resistance at the time of forming the ridge can be reduced to perform a smooth ridging work.SOLUTION: A ridge former 26 for forming a bulging ridge between right and left running wheels 4 is so constituted in a transmission case 2 bearing an axle 3 as can be vertically inversiblly in a plowing position for forming the ridge and a non-plowing position for forming no ridge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】走行車輪４を装着する車軸３の前方に耕耘装置５と畝立器２６を設け、耕耘と同時に畝立てを行うフロントロータリ式の管理機にあって、内盛り用の畝立器２６を簡単な構成によって畝立て姿勢と非作業姿勢に変更することができ、また、畝を形成する際の畝立て抵抗を少なくして、円滑な畝立て作業を行うことができる、管理機を提供する。【解決手段】車軸３を軸架するトランスミッションケース２に、左右の走行車輪４間に内盛用の畝を形成する畝立器２６を、その畝を形成する畝立て姿勢と畝を形成しない非作業姿勢に上下反転して取付け可能に構成する。【選択図】図３
