PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new circuit configuration of a reception input protecting circuit utilizing FETs (field effect transistors).SOLUTION: The reception input protecting circuit 10 includes two depletion type FETs (M1, M2) which are connected in series to each other. For a comparatively small reception signal, the depletion type FETs (M1, M2) operate in a non-saturation region and allow the reception signal to pass from an input terminal IN to a reception amplifier 20.
