The invention relates to a drug delivery device (3) for mechanically dispensing a dose of a medicament, the drug delivery device (3) comprises a ratchet mechanism (5) adapted to emit an audible and/or tactile feedback during dispensing the dose of medicament, wherein - the ratchet mechanism (5) includes a flexible arm (1.2) and a toothed profile (2.2), - a free end of the flexible arm (1.2) is configured to engage with the toothed profile (2.2) and to perform a relative rotational movement thereto during dispensing the dose of medicament, thereby generating the audible and/or tactile feedback, and - the flexible arm (1.2) extends in a plane parallel to a rotational axis (R) of the flexible arm (1.2).Linvention concerne un dispositif dadministration de médicament (3) pour distribuer mécaniquement une dose dun médicament, le dispositif dadministration de médicament (3) comprend un mécanisme à cliquet (5) conçu pour émettre un retour audible et/ou tactile au cours de la distribution de la dose de médicament, - le mécanisme à cliquet (5) comprenant un bras flexible (1.2) et un profil denté (2.2), - une extrémité libre du bras flexible (1.2) étant conçue pour venir en prise avec le profil denté (2.2) et pour effectuer un mouvement de rotation relatif à celui-ci pendant la distribution de la dose de médicament, ce qui permet de générer le retour audible et/ou tactile, et le bras flexible (1.2) sétendant dans un plan parallèle à un axe de rotation (R) du bras flexible (1.2).
