Provided is a method of treating a pathology associated with neural damage, the method comprising administering non-antigen specific polyclonal activated T cells and/or genetically modified T cells into the brain in a manner which prevents meningoencephalitis in the subject, thereby treating the pathology associated with neural damage. Also provided are devices for intrabrain and intrathecal administration of T cells, which comprise the brain-specific or non-antigen specific polyclonal activated T cells and/or genetically modified T cells and a catheter for intrabrain administration in a manner which prevents meningoencephalitis in a subject.La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'une pathologie associée à une lésion neuronale, le procédé comprenant l'administration dans le cerveau de cellules T génétiquement modifiées et/ou de cellules T polyclonales activées et non spécifiques d'un antigène d'une manière qui prévient la méningoencéphalite chez le sujet, traitant ainsi la pathologie associée aux lésions neuronales. La présente invention concerne en outre des dispositifs d'administration intracérébrale et intrathécale de cellules T, qui comprennent les cellules T génétiquement modifiées et/ou les cellules T polyclonales activées et spécifiques du cerveau ou non spécifiques d'un antigène et un cathéter pour une administration intracérébrale d'une manière qui prévient la méningoencéphalite chez un sujet.
