Embodiments disclose a computer program product and computer readable medium for analyzing functional disturbance of an autonomic nervous system through exercising tests. The computer readable medium is provided for retention of the computer program product. The computer program product can be installed on a computer for performing a method for analyzing functional disturbance of the autonomic nervous system through exercising tests. The method includes: obtaining an exercise test data set resulting from an exercise test taken by a participant, where during an exercise cycle the exercise difficulty is gradually increased； dividing the exercise cycle into multiple stages； according to the exercise test data set and a entropy formula, computing an approximate entropy for each stage； comparing the approximate entropy and a predefined reference entropy； and generating a comparison data set for analysis of the autonomic nervous system of the participant.本發明係有關於一種以運動測試評估自主神經功能障礙的電腦程式產品及電腦可讀取媒體。該電腦可讀取媒體儲存有該電腦程式產品，而該電腦程式產品是用來安裝在一電腦上，以執行以運動測試評估自主神經功能障礙的方法。該方法包括：獲得一運動測試數據，該運動測試數據係由一待測者執行一運動測試所獲得，該運動測試在一測試時間內漸增運動強度；將該測試時間區分成複數時間區段；根據該運動測試數據，以一計算式計算上述每一時間區段的一待測者近似熵；將上述待測者近似熵與預設的一基準近似熵比對，輸出至少一比對結果，用以評估該待測者的自主神經狀態。
