PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dentifrice composition which can secure shape retainability and discharging properties from a low temperature region to a high temperature region while achieving the stabilization of water-soluble polyphenol and sufficiently exhibiting its action as a therapeutic component, and has a satisfactory sense of use.SOLUTION: The dentifrice composition comprises the following components (A), (B), (C) and (D): (A) water soluble polyphenol (B) propylene glycol of 1 to 20 mass% (C) a binder of 0.3 to 2 mass% and (D) water of 10 to 30 mass%, and in which the content of (E) glycerol is ≤20 mass%, or (E) glycerol is not comprised, and the total content of the component (B) and the component (E) is 5 to 25 mass%.
