Disclosed is a soy milk composition comprising the following: a soybean material Stevia leaf powder oils and fats and water, wherein the Stevia leaf powder is contained in an amount of 0.001-2 wt% based on the weight of the soy milk composition. According to the present invention, compared to conventional soy milk, soy milk prepared using the soy milk composition is not only more palatable, but also requires less fats and sugary ingredients such as sugar to be added.
