An object of the present invention is to provide a method for raising edible pigs and a feed for pigs that do not deteriorate the health condition of edible pigs. [Solution] A method for raising edible pigs is to feed edible pigs with a feed for pigs containing olive fruit meal containing (+)-catechin in a basic feed at 0.2% to 0.4% by weight. Then, (+)-catechin is transferred to pork. The feed for pigs is a feed for pigs in which olive fruit straw containing (+)-catechin is blended in the basic feed at 0.2 wt% to 0.4 wt%, +)-Pig feed for transferring catechin to pork. Moreover, it is the pork produced using the raising method of edible pigs, or the feed for pigs. Thereby, it becomes possible to transfer the specific nutrient containing (+)-catechin efficiently without deteriorating the health condition of the edible pig.
