PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing system in which power supply to various devices such as a radiation source can be secured even in the outdoor, and power consumption can be reduced, moreover, the user-friendliness in a medical institution and also in places other than the medical institution becomes good.SOLUTION: The radiation image photographing system includes: one or more first visiting cars 1000A which include a radiation source body which holds a radiation source which outputs radiation and a cassette body which holds a radiation detector which detects radiation which has permeated a subject and converts into radiographic image information when the radiation source irradiates radiation at the subject and a power supply point 333 installed beforehand.
