The present invention relates to a puffed product and a use thereof as auxiliary animal feed. According to the present invention, the puffed product is prepared by the following steps: adding EDTA to ground whole soybean as a fat-containing raw material for animal feed and then finely pulverizing the same； and puffing the same in an extrusion molder.본 발명은 동물사료용 유지함유 원료물질로서 전지대두 분쇄물에 EDTA를 첨가하여 미분쇄 분말화하고 이를 압출성형기에서 팽화시킨 퍼핑물(puffs)을 제공하고 동물용 보조사료로서의 용도를 제공하는 뛰어난 효과가 개시된다.
