The present invention relates to a marking tool for SMILE surgery which is used in a centration method of making an irradiation point of laser conform to the corneal apex of a person under surgery during the SMILE surgery, comprising: a pair of cross markers touching a left and a right side of the cornea of the person under surgery from the corneal apex to mark a first point and a second point on the cornea； a vertical marker touching a lower side of the cornea of the person under surgery from the corneal apex to mark a third point on the cornea； and a grip connecting the cross markers to the vertical marker integrally, and arranged to be gripped by a surgical operator and to make the cross markers and the vertical marker come into contact with the cornea of the person under surgery. According to the present invention, the marking tool for the SMILE surgery having the aforementioned configuration can perform a marking work for tracking the corneal apex, which is a visual axis of an eyeball determining practical eyesight, by only one time marking operation, to make it possible to track the corneal apex more precisely as compared with when marking points are individually marked in the conventional art.
