The invention relates to an installation for rendering the environment aseptic, meant to be mounted in rooms wherein human activities are carried on, with a view to lowering the microbial charge. The claimed installation consists of a lamp (1) which emits UV-C radiation, the emitted radiation being concentrated by means of an ellipsoidal mirror (2) into a focal point (f) wherethrough air streams produced by means of two swinging fans (4) flow in opposite directions, said lamp (1) being provided with a housing attached to a support (6) and, due to some screws (7 and 8), it can be rotated in vertical and horizontal planes, which allows to disinfect larger surfaces, of a presence sensor (10) by means of which the installation is disconnected from the power supply network when the presence of a person is detected, and in case of cutting off the power supply, the installation is automatically connected to an electric secondary battery (AC) which also supplies a LED lamp (11) used for lighting.
