PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermotherapy mat, in which heat generating elements are hard to break, and heat generated by the heat generating members can be effectively transmitted to a human body.
SOLUTION: The thermotherapy mat 1 is provided with a heat generating means 3 comprising a first heat generating element 31 that is energized to generate heat, and a second heat generating element 32 comprising carbon fibers that cover the first heat generating member 31 to be energized to generate heat, and a mat main body 2 in which the heat generating means 3 is embedded. The mat main body 2 comprises an upper mat part 21 and a lower mat part 22 disposed under the upper mat part 21, composed in a separable way. On an upper surface 22a of the lower mat part 22, a recess 24 in which the heating means 3 can be housed is formed.
