The present invention discloses a device for performing heat treatment of sea mustard. The present invention is configured to form a receiving part receiving a predetermined amount of sea mustard having a predetermined interval in a conveyor type conveying part, and perform heat treatment of the sea mustard contained in receiving part with an induction heating method by using an induction heater when the receiving part for receiving the sea mustard is conveyed by the conveying part. Accordingly, the heating operation of the induction heater is finely controlled so that the sea mustard contained in the receiving part is heated at the predetermined temperature, and the energy consumption during the heat treatment is reduced, while preventing the sea mustard from being damaged during the conveyance of the sea mustard.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 미역 가열 처리장치를 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 컨베이어 방식의 이송부에 일정간격을 두고 미역을 일정량 수용하는 수용부를 형성한 후 미역이 수용되는 수용부가 이송부에 의해 이송시, 그 수용부에 수용되는 미역을 인덕션 히터를 이용하여 유도가열방식으로 가열 처리하도록 구성한 것이며, 이에따라 인덕션 히터의 가열동작을 정교하게 제어하여 수용부에 수용된 미역을 일정한 온도에서 가열처리함은 물론, 그 가열처리시의 에너지 소비량을 줄이고, 미역 이송시 미역이 훼손되는 것을 방지하고자 하는 것이다.
