The present application discloses a biomaterial having a synergistic effect, a method for manufacturing the same, and a system comprising the same. The biomaterial comprises a bioceramic carrier having a hierarchically meso-macroporous structure and at least silicon and oxygen compositions, nano-scale silver particles confined in the hierarchically meso-macroporous structure which is composed of a wall having a plurality of mesopores and a plurality of macropores, and the wall separates the plurality of macropores, and a bioactivator confined in partial of the mesopores or attached on a surface of the wall.
