The present invention provides specific binding members that bindsynaptophysin and which comprise: an antibody VH domain selected from thegroup consisting of the C1-3 VH domain (SEQ ID NO. 2) and a VH domaincomprising a VH CDR3 with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO. 12 andoptionally one or more VH CDR's with an amino acid sequence selected from SEQID NO. 10 and SEQ ID NO. 11； and/or an antibody VL domain selected from thegroup consisting of the C1-3 VL domain (SEQ ID NO. 4) and a VL domaincomprising one or more VL CDR's with an amino acid sequence selected from SEQID NO. 13, SEQ ID NO. 14 and SEQ ID NO. 15. The invention further providesrelated materials such as nucleic acids, kits and compositions, and alsomethods of use of the binding member, for instance in targeting entities tohepatic stellate cells which are implicated in liver fibrosis.
