摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: in the method of drum set correction - the developmental correction of cognitive and motor activity of children with infantile cerebral palsy - sensory motivation provided by a drum set is used. The method is implemented in three stages. Stage 1, adaptation-diagnostic, consists of 5 sessions, includes diagnostics of levels of actual and potential development of the child accumulation of sensorimotor experience by familiarization with the basics of drum set playing: drumstick holding, playing lock, sitting, sound extraction. Stage 2, main, consists of 18 correction-developing sessions, where the sound is produced sequentially from the plates and tom-toms by the childs hands, from the bass drum and hi-hat by the childs feet with the help of a specialist. Subsequently, cross-sectional single and paired sound extractions are sequentially produced in accordance with the claims. Then the childs visual analyzer is artificially excluded from the motivation process of his/her own motor activity: the specialist blindfolds the child in the absence of negative reactions, and performs sound extraction: with the help, independently and using a model, sound extractions are performed using a metronome. Moreover, each correction-developing session includes a gradual complication of the performed methods - from methods corresponding to the level of child development and preparing him/her for further working on the drum set, forming an interest in studies, to performance of the techniques of the aforementioned complicating sound-extraction exercises aimed at the expansion of the limb movement range. 3 stages, final, 1 session, to assess the childs achievements. Sessions are performed for 3 months, 2 times a week, duration is from 45 minutes.EFFECT: expansion of the range of physiological motor stereotypes of limbs in children with cerebral palsy through playing a drum set and revision in playing routines, development of cognitive activity, accumulation of se
