PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vitamin C-enriched beverage by which deterioration smell caused by the vitamin C is reduced, and which satisfies palatability.
SOLUTION: The vitamin C-enriched beverage is a container-packed beverage obtained through a heat sterilization step, and contains (i) 6-1,000 mg of ascorbic acids, and (ii) 1-100 mg of sweetener containing sucralose, acesulfame potassium and aspartame, regulated so that the content ratios (weight ratios) of the sucralose to the aspartame, and the acesulfame potassium to the aspartame may be each from 1:1 to 20:1 based on 100 mL of the beverage.
