The present invention relates to a dental handpiece with a noise canceling function. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dental handpiece with a noise canceling function includes: a microphone which converts the target noise generated by machining a tooth into an electrical audio signal； a speaker which outputs a sound signal； and a processor which obtains the audio signal from the microphone and generates the sound signal to reduce the target noise based on the obtained audio signal.
