PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mowing pruning machine that efficiently enables mowing and pruning work of boughs in extremely broad range of places, and is simple in a device structure and superior in maintenance properties, and provide a rotary blade suitable for this mowing pruning machine.SOLUTION: Rotary blades 22 for a mowing pruning machine are configured by bringing a fixed blade group 13 formed by arranging multiple fixed blades 12 in a circle into a facing state with a rotary blade group 23 formed by arranging the multiple rotary blades 22 concentrically with the fixed blade group 13.
