The present invention relates to a knee protector, and the knee protector is developed to alleviate the pain more actively by enabling a knee protector that covers the knee in a flexible band form to inject medicines having analgesic and anti-inflammatory functions into the knee as needed in order to protect the knee joint and relieve the pain in the knee joint. A knee protector according to the present invention includes: a main body which is formed in a silicone band form having elasticity covering the knee circumference such that the main body is constructed not to disrupt air permeability and joint movements by a circular front hole formed in a portion at which a front kneecap is positioned and a rear hole formed in a circular shape in the rear of the main body； a reinforcement band which is adhered to both sides of the outer surface of the main body such that the reinforcement band is vertically extended to have elastic restoring force stronger than that of the main body； and a medicine injecting device including a pair of medicine injecting units which are formed in upper and lower portions spaced apart from the front hole in the inner diameter surface of the main body and which are depressed in such a shape that the medicine injecting units are extended long in the horizontal direction, a container fixing unit which is formed in the top of one side on the outer surface of the main body in such a shape that the top surface of the container fixing unit is opened, a medicine injecting path formed such that the medicine injecting path goes through the main body to connect the container fixing unit and the medicine injecting units, and a medicine container the bottom of which is inserted through the opened top surface of the container fixing unit, in which a medicine-filling space is formed such that a medicine injecting hole is penetratingly formed in the center of the bottom surface of the medicine container, on the top of which a pressing unit is installed such
