PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip saw in which a groove is provided in the fixing part to increase a brazing area while providing an omission prevention mechanism of a carbide tip, and thereby the fixing force to the tip fixing part of the carbide tip is sufficiently increased by the structural strength and the strength of brazing itself, and the detachment of the carbide tip can be prevented over a long term reliably.SOLUTION: A carbide tip has a rake surface with a detachment prevention part in a lower end in the rotation direction front side of the base metal, a distal surface provided with a predetermined angle at a slant in the tip rear side of the rake surface, and a fixed surface comprising a back surface and a bottom face formed between the rear end of the distal surface and the lower end of the rake surface and provided with a groove. The tip fixing part has a detachment prevention part provided in a blade compartment side end part, and the detachment prevention part of the carbide tip is engaged in the detachment prevention part while rotating.
