摘要:
Fruit flies of the genus Anastrepha (diptera: tephritidae) represent one of the main pests of the world fruit crop, as they are polyphagous insects and that during the larval stage they feed on the fruit pulp, resulting in great losses to production and decrease in exportation. The species Anastrepha obliqua (macquart), representative of this genus, is found from the USA to South America causing serious damage to several fruit trees, among which stand out those of the family Anacardiaceae, being the mango one of its main hosts. A powerful tool for the integrated management of this pest is the use of pheromones, substances produced by males to attract co-specific females for mating purposes. There are few studies regarding the chemical communication of this species, and there is no record of specific products to combat this insect pest. For this reason, it is proposed from behavioral assays to identify components found in the sex pheromone of biopolymer formulated males that serve as a specific, efficient and viable control tool for this pest. The results show that six mixtures of electrophysiologically active compounds are efficient in attractiveness and therefore can be used as attractive to females of this species.as moscas das frutas do gênero anastrepha (diptera: tephritidae) representam uma das principais pragas da fruticultura mundial, visto que são insetos polífagos e que durante o estágio larval se alimentam da polpa de frutos, resultando em grandes prejuízos à produção e diminuição na exportação. a espécie anastrepha obliqua (macquart), representante desse gênero, é encontrada desde os eua até a américa do sul causando sérios danos a diversas frutíferas dentre as quais destacam-se aquelas da família anacardiaceae, sendo a manga um dos seus principais hospedeiros. uma poderosa ferramenta para o manejo integrado desta praga é o uso de feromônios, substâncias produzidas pelos machos para atrair fêmeas coespecíficas, objetivando o acasalamento. são poucos os es
