The present invention relates to a fertilizer application device for preventing a fertilizer from sticking thereto, and more specifically, to a novel technique of holding a required quantity of a fertilizer in a fertilizer application roll to smoothly transport and discharge the fertilizer, and preventing the fertilizer from sticking to the fertilizer application roll. Conventional fertilizer application devices are not very effective in fertilizer sticking prevention since a roll cleaning brush is used to sweep a bucket groove, and sticking prevention is limited. To resolve the problem, the fertilizer application device is characterized in that a sticking prevention inner race is installed by penetrating a fertilizer application roll to block the lower end of a fertilizer accommodation hole formed on the fertilizer application roll to smoothly accommodate the fertilizer and allow the sticking prevention inner race to constantly maintain a fixed condition, thus preventing the fertilizer accommodated in the rotating fertilizer accommodation hole from sticking to the outer surface of the sticking prevention inner race.
