An eye training device is adapted to disassemble an adjustable lens and comprises a housing, a wearing unit, a training unit, and an insertion unit. The training unit comprises two training modules, and each module comprises a plurality of training lenses of varying degrees and an electric transposition mechanism capable of being driven to change the position of the training lens so that one of the training lenses is aligned with the eye. The insertion unit includes two sheet inserting frames positioning and arrangement of lenses aligned with the eyes. Through the design of the insertion unit, adjusting lenses can be put onto the sheet inserting frames respectively, medial rectus of eyes of a user can be relaxed during training processes so as to enhance eyesight training effects. In addition, the adjusting lenses with different degrees can be inserted and arranged on the sheet inserting frames so that the device is adapt to different users.一種眼睛訓練裝置，適用於供調適鏡片可拆離地設置，並包含一個殼座、一個配戴單元、一個訓練單元，及一個插置單元。該訓練單元包括兩個訓練模組，每一個訓練模組具有數個不同度數的訓練鏡片，以及一個可被驅動而變換訓練鏡片的位置以使其中一個訓練鏡片對準眼睛的電動換位機構。該插置單元包括兩個供調適鏡片能對準眼睛地定位放置的插片架。透過插置單元的設計，能分別放置調適鏡片於插片架上，讓使用者在進行訓練時，放鬆眼睛的內直肌，以強化視力訓練成效，同時插片架也能插置具有度數的調適鏡片，以適用於不同使用者。
