The present invention relates to a dual cushion air cell for prevention of a bedsore. More specifically, a flowable first flow air cell (103) on the lower part thereof and a second independent air cell (102) for preventing an air cell and a neighboring air cell from being superposed or severely distorted when pressurized at the upper part thereof are integrally formed in a dual cushion air cell (320, 490). A concave groove part (108, 508, 602, 702) on the outer circumferential surface of the air cell prevents a bedsore by securing an air flow passage between the cell and the neighboring cell. The duel cushion air cell (320, 490) mounts an air ball inside the air cell. A dual cushion air cell (400) mounts an auxiliary cushion (450) formed of foam on the inner circumferential surface of the air cell. A dual cushion air cell (600) has a bellows type outer circumferential surface (601) on which the concave groove part (602) of the outer circumferential surface of the air cell is formed. An air cell (700) has the concave groove part (602) at the center of the outer circumferential surface of the air cell, a flow air receiving part (704) on the inner circumferential surface, and a reinforcing support (707) and an integrated air injection part (705) on one lower side of the outer circumferential surface. Therefore, a part in contact with the upper surface of the second independent air cell (102) is prevented from being distorted or severely deformed. The blood circulation at the whole buttock part (30) or the contact part of a patient lying for a long time is smoothly performed while maintaining a soft touch.
