Then a valve is formed in the eye with a thin cornea by Femto LASIK method, and a lenticule is implanted on its stromal bed, and the valve is returned to the previous place. Then one month later, the valve is tilted, the first keratectomy is performed with the help of an excimer laser with the ablation diameter from 5.5 mm to 6.0 mm, the ablation depth is from 25 mcm to 30 mcm, the valve is returned to the previous place.
