The present invention relates to a harmful animal and pest-repelling system comprising a repellent spraying unit. More specifically, the present invention relates to a combined-type harmful animal and pest-repelling system comprising: a harmful source sensing unit which senses a harmful source such as harmful animals or pests, and which comprises multiple sensors such as an IR sensor, an ultrasonic sensor and a microwave sensor； and a combined-type harmful source repelling unit which comprises a repellent spraying unit, and which further comprises a part or all parts of an ultrasonic wave generating unit, a repellent sound generating unit, a light generating unit and an electric shock repelling unit. When a main repelling unit or a main sensor is defective, the combined-type harmful animal and pest-repelling system senses and determines the defectiveness of the main repelling unit or the main sensor to allow other auxiliary repelling units or other auxiliary sensors to function. Therefore, the control of a harmful source such as harmful animals or pests is allowed without an error or failure.
