Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Mittel zur Farb- und/oder dauerhaften Formveränderung von keratinhaltigen Fasern, insbesondere menschlichen Haaren, welches in einem kosmetischen Träger mindestens ein Oxidationsfarbstoffvorprodukt und mindestens ein nicht permanent ionisches Copolymer enthält, welches sich ableitet von mindestens einem kationisierbaren Monomer der allgemeinen Formel (I), worin R1 und R2 jeweils unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff oder eine Methylgruppe stehen, R3 und R4 jeweils unabhängig voneinander für Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoff-Atomen stehen, Y eine NH-Gruppe oder ein Sauerstoffatom und p eine ganze Zahl von 2 bis 5 steht. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren von solchen Mitteln auf keratinhaltigen Fasern.
