The present invention discloses a vaccine composition for preventing and/or treating porcine circovirus infection. The vaccine composition comprises an immunizing amount of porcine circovirus type 3 antigen, an immunizing amount of porcine circovirus type 2 antigen, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
