A method of treating telangiectasia in a subject in need thereof is disclosed. The method includes topically applying to skin of said subject in need of treatment of telangiectasia a composition comprising effective amounts of an alcoholic extract of Centella asiactica leaf and an aqueous extract of Vitis vinifera seed to disrupt endothelia tubes in skin.
