Medical devices include deformable structures that contact a lead upon being compressed. A grip that a clinician may grasp and manipulate is engaged with a nose structure of a header block of the medical device, and manipulation of the grip causes compression of the deformable structure to ultimately create fixation of the lead within the header block.La présente invention concerne des dispositifs médicaux comprenant des structures déformables qui viennent en contact avec une dérivation médicale lorsqu'elles sont comprimées. Une poignée qu'un clinicien peut saisir et manipuler est en prise avec une structure de nez d'une embase du dispositif médical, et la manipulation de la poignée provoque la compression de la structure déformable pour éventuellement effectuer la fixation de la dérivation à l'intérieur de l'embase.
