The sheath (2) has an external diameter (6), the longitudinal dimension being at least ten times the external diameter (6). A cross-sectional element (5) is arranged between the first and second tube element ends. The cross-sectional element (5) contains a plurality of opening arrangements (8, 9, 10), and the opening arrangements (8, 9, 10) can extend along the longitudinal dimension from the first tube element end to the second tube element end. Each opening arrangement (8, 9, 10) comprises a first opening (18, 19, 20) containing an insert element (38, 39, 40) and a second opening (28, 29, 30), the internal pressure of which can be changed by a pressure changing means.
