In this skin masking non-woven sheet containing cosmetic material, one layer or more than one layer of cellulose group-blended fabric layer is used. The one layer or more than one layer of cellulose group- blended fabric layer contains 50 % mass of first cellulose group fabric having a length of fiber of from 20 mm or more to 110 mm or less, and from 8 % or more to 40 % or less by mass of heat sealable fibers, wherein at least a part of the crossing points of construction fibers are heat sealed. The non-woven sheet has a surface density of from 25 g/m2 or more to 48 g/m2 or less as a whole.
