The present invention provides a composition of a vaccine having a yellow fever virus vaccine for vaccination of an individual to prevent infection by flavivirus. Here, the flavivirus is not a yellow fever virus. The invention also provides a composition of a vaccine having a yellow fever virus vaccine and one or more additional vaccines against flavivirus for inoculating an individual to prevent infection by the flavivirus.
