The present invention relates to a method for producing an implant including a drug delivery layer and an implant composition for bioimplant, containing the implant and, more specifically, to a method for producing an implant including a drug delivery layer comprising: a step for preparing a chitosan-bioactive glass complex solution a step for preparing a complex coating composition containing a drug by adding the drug to the chitosan-bioactive glass complex solution and a step for forming a drug delivery layer by depositing the complex coating composition on the surface of the implant using electrophoretic deposition, and to an implant composition for bioimplant, containing the implant. The implant composition according to the present invention can deliver the drug, thereby preventing inflammation which can be caused after transplantation operation and promoting recovery according to the type of the drug.
