The present invention relates to an agricultural baler (1) comprising a bale chamber (9)； a feeder duct (23) communicating with the bale chamber； and feeder means (25) operable within the feeder duct to accumulate a charge of crop material therein and then stuff that accumulated charge into the bale chamber. The baler further comprises a conveying channel and conveying means (47) operable in the conveying channel to convey the crop material along a bottom wall (51) of the conveying channel toward the feeder duct.
