A composition and food or beverage for preventing or alleviating symptom of disease, comprising an arachidonic acid-containing compound wherein the content of arachidonic acid per the total composition is at least 0.0003 wt% and wherein the arachidonic acid-containing compound is triglyceride having arachidonic acid as a component fatty acid wherein the ratio of arachidonic acid in the total fatty acids in triglyceride is at least 20% and wherein the symptom or disease is a symptom or disease due to aging of blood vessels.
