The invention provides a pharmaceutical oral fixed dose combination of aliskiren and valsartan. Aliskiren is shown to slow the dissolution rate of valsartan and the resultant undesirable gelling of valsartan in the presence of aliskiren is overcome by the use of disintegrants.La présente invention concerne une combinaison de dose fixe orale pharmaceutique comprenant : a) une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'Aliskiren, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, b) une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace de Valsartan, ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, c) un délitant, et d) un délitant supplémentaire étant un polysaccharide.
