PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure rotary valve for a continuous delivery.SOLUTION: The high pressure rotary valve includes: a valve body having an inlet and outlet of raw materials a high pressure valve casing composed of two sidewalls a rotor, which is stored in the high pressure valve casing and rotatably pivoted, having a plurality of pockets partitioned by a rotor blade and two side walls a first sealing mechanism, which is contacted with an inner circumference surface of the high pressure valve body, and arranged at the rotor blade and a second sealing part, which is contacted with the sidewalls and the inner circumference surface of the body, and arranged at the sidewalls.
