Disclosed are a stent valve prosthesis and a delivery system thereof. The stent valve prosthesis comprises a stent (110), a valve leaflet and a gripping piece (130). The stent (110) comprises a supporting segment (111) and a valve suture segment (112), a proximal end of the supporting segment (111) being connected with a distal end of the valve suture segment (112). The valve leaflet is connected to the valve suture segment (112), and upon release of the supporting segment (111), is placed on a valve ring of the patient abutting an atrial tissue. The gripping piece (130) comprises one or more side wings (131), and an end of the gripping piece (130) is fixedly connected to an outer surface of the valve suture segment (112). The gripping piece (130) assumes three states successively from compression to complete release. In the first state, the side wings (131) are compressed in a control device; to achieve the second state, the side wings (131) extend radially along the valve suture segment, pass through a valve leaflet junction of an adjacent tissue and reach between the valve leaflet and a heart wall; and to achieve the third state, the side wings (131) extend circumferentially along the valve suture segment (112) and press against the outer surface of the valve suture segment (112).
