PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood cutting-out apparatus which can be used in a mountain forest where heavy machines for felling trees and manufacturing lumbers cannot be brought in, performs a series of processes from felling trees, manufacturing lumbers and sawing lumbers on site, and makes woods converted in a size that can be easily carried out.SOLUTION: The wood cutting-out apparatus rises while pruning a tree, simultaneously collects information of dimensions and cracks of the tree and transmits the information to a remote controller, simulates shapes of the tree that can be carried out based on the information of the entire tree, and shows the shapes to an operator. The apparatus selects cutting-out patterns desired by the operator, and gives the instruction of the operation start. The operation of cutting out the tree starting at a treetop part includes steps of: cross-cutting a treetop part longitudinal cutting cross-cutting a lower part and storing the wood in a storage part, as one cycle of the operations. Planned woods are made by repeating the cycle up to the root of the tree.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】伐採造木作業用の重機械の入れない山林でも使用でき、伐採と造木と製材の一連の工程を現地で行い、容易に搬出できる大きさにまでに木取りした木材を作り出す木材切り出し装置を提供する。【解決手段】樹木に対し枝打ちをしながら上昇し、同時に樹木の寸法と傷の情報を収集してリモートコントローラに送信し、樹木全体の情報から取り出せる木材の形状をシミュレーションして作業者に表示する。作業者が望ましい木取りのパターンを選択して作業開始の指示を出す。梢部位置から始める木取りの作業ステップは、梢部玉切り、縦切り、下部玉切り、木材を収納部へ収納。これを1サイクルの動作とし、このサイクルを樹木の根元まで繰り返すことにより計画した木材を作り出す。【選択図】図2
